"I tried a couple of bags..."
I tried a couple of bags, but the coffee just tasted kind of flat and bitter to me. Maybe it’s just not my style, but I expected it to be a lot nicer. I also felt a bit ignored when I had questions about it, which didn’t really help the overall experience.

The coffee was okay, nothing to complain about there, but the shop just didn’t feel all that clean when I stopped in. A few tables still had crumbs on them and the floor looked like it could’ve used a quick sweep. Maybe I caught them during a rush or something, but yeah, it kind of put me off a bit

"Pretty easy first order"
Tried ordering from opuscoffee.com for the first time and it went fine overall. The site was simple to get around, checkout didn’t act up, and the confirmation email came through fast. The shipping update was a little slower than I expected, but nothing major. Coffee showed up in good shape and was packed well. I’d probably order again, just wish the updates came a bit quicker. Anyway.

"Wish I’d Checked My Order Before Leaving"
I got the wrong coffee again, and this time my order was also missing two bags. I really wish I’d taken a minute to double-check everything before I left, because it’s frustrating to get home and realize it’s not what I paid for.

"Not a lot here for the blends"
I was hoping for more blend options, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. It felt like a selection was limited, so I ended up a bit disappointed.

"Bad packaging made this a hassle"
The box showed up all crushed, and the coffee bag inside was ripped open. I had to clean up loose coffee and deal with the mess, which was the last thing I wanted. I expected way better packaging than this.

The coffee was fine, nothing terrible, but for the size and the taste, it just felt too expensive. I kept thinking I’d get something a little more special for the price. Weirdly, I remember the lid had this tiny squeak every time I took a sip, which somehow made the whole thing feel even less worth it. I probably wouldn’t order it again unless there was a solid discount.

"Fresh pastries and a solid quick bite"
I grabbed a sandwich and a croissant here, mostly because I wanted something quick but still decent, and I’m glad I did. Both tasted fresh and were satisfying. The pastry was a little sweeter than I usually go for, but that’s more of a personal preference than a complaint. Overall, it was a nice stop and I’d come back if I needed an easy bite

"Clear prices, no funny business"
I appreciated that the prices were right there before checkout, without any surprise fees showing up at the last second. Shipping was listed clearly too, which feels like the decent way to do things. I do wish a few product pages gave a little more detail about sizes and options, but overall the whole process felt straightforward and fair. 4 stars from me.

"Good grind, but I did expect a quick apology"
I ordered ground coffee from opuscoffee.com and overall the grind worked well for my drip machine. The coffee brewed smooth and wasn’t overly bitter, which I really liked. One of the bags was a little finer than I expected though, so I had to adjust things a bit to get it right. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I still felt like a quick apology or acknowledgment would’ve been nice. I’m mostly happy with the coffee and would probably order again.

The staff were really nice, which is usually the main thing with places like this, but the service felt slow today. It seems like it always takes longer than you expect when you’re in a hurry...

"Smells nice, but nothing special"
It does smell nice, but it wasn’t anything amazing. The aroma was okay and pleasant enough, just not as strong or memorable as I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it again.

"Got help way faster than expected"
I had a small issue with my order sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember exactly. I sent them a message thinking I’d probably be waiting a while for a reply.

They got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out without making it feel like a hassle. It was just nice dealing with actual people who respond and help. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Not totally convinced yet"
Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like Opus Coffee, but the experience left me feeling a little unsure. The website looks decent, but I didn’t feel like there was enough info to make me fully confident about ordering again. The coffee was okay, but nothing that really stood out, and the updates took a bit longer than I expected. Maybe they’re totally legit, but I just didn’t get that strong trust factor I usually look for in a brand.

"The coffee itself was good..."
The coffee itself was good, but managing the subscription was more annoying than I expected. Compared to other coffee subscriptions I’ve used, changing my delivery date felt slower and more confusing than it needed to be. I also didn’t think the cancel option was very easy to find. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for something online, I figured it would be a lot smoother
